     This will install USB modem driver for your mobile. Then disable PdaNet in the task manager, because a free version of PdaNet allows you to only a short time for tethering!       This is a common problem which occurs in absence of USB drivers in your desktop or laptop. Go to Control Panel >> Hardware and Sound >> Device Manager, after connecting your mobile. If it shows yellow warning symbol, then install the above USB driver for your Unite 2 otherwise troubleshoot it will shows the solutions.
