• Download this app and install it in your android mobile.
•  Then add password for your server (If needed).
•  Connect using USB cables or using Bluetooth connectivity.
•  Then click Start Server in this app. Before clicking you must enable your mobile data or Wi-Fi connectivity.
•  Then open Google Chrome( For faster action recommended) and type the IP address.
•  For a preview of your webcam streaming click ” Open stream in Media player” as like in this screenshot.

•  It will download and then open the file with VLC player and then type your Username and password. Now you will see the stream video from your phone’s camera.

•  For using this app for skype in the same browser window you will see a option showing “Connect to PC for use with Skype”. Then click on that you will see a download option and install it.

•  Then open Skype software in your PC and click on Tools and then like in this screenshot.
