Led Display Video Controller Smart Setting

Communication: 10.100 Ethernet,
Effect: indoor and outdoor
Support: Video display, image and text editing.
P10 SMD LED MODULE.

Connection Details.
1. Connect the HUB board and controller card as shown.
2. Connection the HUB board and LED Module with flat cable.
3. Connect with correct direction with hub and C1 card.
4. If scan type needs one cable use HUB1.
5. Make sure that connection is correct.

Network connection.

Connection the controller to computer (laptop) with cross or normal network calble with RJ45 socket.
Power Supply connection.
Connect 5V/40A with first power supply.
Make sure the Power indicator light will be long bright, while Run led uniform flash.
If any error indicates flash led does not work.
NETWORK SETTINGS:
First connect PC with controller with the help of LAN cable.
No need any software both link with Plug and Play.
The network icon port indicates it connectivity.
HARDWARE SETTING IS VERY IMPORTANT.
Smart Setting is needed to controller is set at first time.

Smart Setting

There are five steps in the smart settings,
Basic settings,
Data polarity Settings,
OE polarity setting,
Colour channel setting,
Alignment description.

BASIC SETTING:

SCREE TYPE: Select Single/Double/Full Colour.
Important: use single module for this.
Data polarity Settings,
Untick Auto switch.
Observe your module in State A and B, and the select display status.
OE polarity setting,
Untick Auto switch.
Observe your module in State A and B, and the select display status.
Colour channel setting,
Untick Auto switch.
Observe the module in the state of A,B,C,D and the select the corresponding colour.
Alignment Description.
Make sure your module scan type first.
UNDO: Previous step.
RESET: Clear
Send: Current description to the controller.
IMPORTANT: Smart setting file can be saved in the computer and it used for the next time imported directly when reuse.
BEFORE CREATE NEW PROGRAM,
Select your screen type
How many module in horizontal and vertical for size of your display.
Here iam using
H: 4 moudle
And V: 5 module
Total module is 20 numbers.
