Flipkart says that Redmi 3s/Redmi 3s prime is on the top of the list by possessing record-breaking sales within just 3 months. This mobile available only via Flipkart (weekly Wednesday) and Mi website.

Both these mobiles are having heat issues. I wrote this article based on my experience with these mobiles. I would suggest go for Redmi 3s or Redmi Note 3 (which is priced slightly higher).
